I think the price is high. You can get good Dodges with less repairs needed in the $10k range.

Show the seller comparable vans from a nationwide search. Craigslist search aggregators are your friend here. Then give them time to think about it.

It'll depend a little on why they are selling, but if they are moving on from the vehicle, they'll come around to market value. If they are selling because they think they can get a certain amount of money out of it, they will not, but the unit is also unlikely to sell.

Now the hard top might be harder to find. I'd say it's 30:1 pop top to hard top.

That's a sweet Dodge!
Really dig that one.....

(Btw --- not sure if it's still listed or not, but there was a super-deal (it was still listed on Craigslist a few days ago, anyway) on a dark green pop-top Dodge that I think was somewhere up in the Pac NW. Looked like a '98 or newer shorty with the SMB Pop-up penthouse roof and bed, but built with a pretty standard-issue basic passenger-carrying conversion van interior (lots of woodgrain, LED light strings, and a row or two of forward-facing/folding bench seats...) -- but it was pretty low miles and they only wanted $3k for it. It had been listed for quite a while before that (with no bites, apparently) for about $6k.)

Hardtop can be even harder to resell since u have to be under 6ft to stand up in it.

He is asking for too much, I bought mine (98 Dodge EB) with 48k always garaged and and no issues for 10.5k

Having owned both, I much prefer the pop top. The only thing I really miss is all the extra storage with the hard top.
