Gray Water T Handle

Anyone that has a Gray water tank , you should check the T Handle to make sure it is secure .
We lost ours on the road last week , and it was seemingly tight when I drained the tank several times while on our trip . I ordered a replacement and a spare from Peter . He suggested the possibility of a little appropriate adhesive when replacing .

Re: Gray Water T Handle

Apparently so Daveb , I noticed that it would swivel a little when actuated/pulled and thought that was part of its operation like knife valves that we have had on other vehicles . This T handle should be snug on its shaft , so a little adhesive will be used on the replacement .

Re: Gray Water T Handle

My grey water drain valve is a brass lever valve that was (I'm guessing) moved inside by the PO. It's convenient to have it under the sink, and no parts to lose that way.. although I have lost the hot water-line drain valve that way.

Mine worked its way off, too -- and I ended up using a little pair of vise grips instead for almost a year before I got around to buying another handle. The handle is cheap enough, though.
