Help. Aluminess Nerf Bar Install

Hello all!
I have a 2003 EB350 4x4 SMB. I just got Aluminess nerf bars and am having trouble with the driver side install. The plumbing and some of the propane system are in the way of the rear mount. I am sure someone else has faced this. How have you installed the bars on that side. On the passenger side my house battery tray is in the way but I think I can drop the tray and get around that. Any thoughts and help are most welcome! Thanks in advance.

Are your lines the copper bendable type? If I remember right I had to very carefully bend mine around something I was installing, may've been Aluminess nerf bars. You can take them loose from the tank and work with them, just be careful to not kind them and reseat them properly. Can you snap a pic?
