Help... E350 7.3L, later or early 1999?

Can anyone confirm if a E350 built in January 1999 is a late '99 with the updated fuel system or were there exceptions?

I finally found a nice looking ambulance for a very good price and before concluding the deal I need this peace of mind that I'm getting the newer style... ('Cause they seem easier to convert to run on veggie...)

Greatly appreciated!
Mr. D

Cheers

My F250 was January and considered 1999, eg. the better version.
