Question High Top Chevy / GMC ?

Any experiences with Sportsmobile building on the Chevy Express/GMC Savana platform with a high top installed ? Fiberine is one mfg of such tops, but there may be others.

Can Sportsmobile arrange for the high top install ? Do they have preferred vendors ? Anyone here had such a rig built ? I'm closer to SMB Texas, so would prefer to deal with them or SMB North...

OK, found this archived page from the SMB website: https://sportsmobile.com/fixed-tops/

But yeah, "archived" is the key word here. They still do this ?

Garage
Looking around on the SMB site, they have fixed tops as an option under the All Prices and Price Examples menu item for Chevy/Ford.

I have one built by sportsmobile north. I am second owner and I have had it 10yrs. I love it and have not had any trouble out of the sportsmobile part of the van.
The 6.0 chevy engine is great. It has power to spare. Some of them (including mine) have oil pump issues and rear end axle seal issues both fairly easy fixes.
I have had to get a few replacement items and smb north have been great to work with.
If you have any questions PM me your number and I will be happy to call you.

thanks!

marret and 4x4sporty, thanks for the replies! BTW, I see more Chevy stuff posted in the "Van Body" forum, so looks like I misunderstood the purpose of that.

Appreciate any feedback on Chevy/GMC Sportsmobiles
