Lifting my 97 Chevy Sportsmobile?

I'm thinking of starting a project next spring to put a mild lift on my Chevy van. Every car I've ever owned I've lowered so a lift is new to me. Any pointers I can get to start? Thanks!

These guys seem to be the only ones offering a lift kit for GM vans... http://www.boulderoffroadvans.com/

I've posted several times about these guys. I had some suspension stuff done by Don and crew at boulderoffroad, they do nice work, their kits and 4X4 conversions for the Chevy's are really nice, fab work is top notch. Are you looking at just lifting or doing a 4X4? I say, save a little (maybe a lot) more and go for it......you in Denver?

I'm in Arvada. On a 97 with 200k miles not sure about going 4x4. Maybe on the next one.
