Can definitely vouch for Matrix Integrated for Mercedes/Dodge/Freightliner Sprinter; T1N, NCV3, new VS30. But Matrix is Euro focus only, so no Ford focus for Otter.

Otter has a 5.4L (but if he had diesel, another expert Ford PSD shop in Hillsboro is Pure Addiction Diesel. Tyler is the owner, great guy, and their shop is renowned).

John at Quadvan doesn't do repairs/maintenance, so it sounds like for the Ford repairs/maint, Bridgetown Automotive would be the shop for Otter.
