Navistar Class Action Lawsuit

I didn't believe it until it cleared the bank. $2000 for all the 6.0 problems that I've now fixed on my '05 SMB!

The one I saw, wouldn't let me be part of it because I didn't have Ford fix the EGR cooler and the oil cooler.

Re: Navistar Class Action Lawsuit

Everything that failed on my engine was covered under warranty except the wire harness that went south on me last year about this time. So Ford would have covered or paid me for that on my 06 PSD? I didn't think that would be covered.

Guys, do you know if there is a successful lawsuit about diesel fuel tank delamination?

Re: Navistar Class Action Lawsuit

Seems I remember something about that but my tank is aftermarket. Probably a good thing too.

Re: Navistar Class Action Lawsuit

And now the $2000 goes back to the dealer to fix the high pressure oil system as the van died this weekend on the way home. Can I say that I hate my 6.0?

Bridges
I had the same problem with my van and it turned out to be a frayed wiring harness
