When the GFCI is tripped that outlet goes out as well, but all the outlets are tied to the one GFCI so it does mean that all the other outlets come from that one, so your loose wire is likely at or after the GFCI one. Wait, rereading: If the GFCI is tripped they're all out.
If you have power at the one and the microwave then maybe you have power to the fridge, and other outlets... not sure what all is plugged in where at your van, but power to some and not others means that the others might be bad (not loose at the GFCI)
You can always run a quick extension cord just to get by until you have time to take it apart... assuming you carry one.
