Need input on buying my first van

Hello,

Super new here. I posted yesterday about my plan on buying a van and a couple of people suggested I look for a Chevy AWD instead of doing a 4x4 conversion as dar as my needs are concern.

I found this

So its relatively low mileage. 150,000km. 13,000 canadian dollars. Is it a good deal all in all?

It comes with everything incl. everything for camping etc. About half price cheaper and ready to go but 80000Km more mileage.
