I have the ipr I pulled off mine. Honestly, it is probably good. I lost the tin nut, but you could reuse yours. Free for you if you want it.

I can’t wait either ... I had diesel performance shop in Houston wanting a 175$ Diagnostic fee to check it out. Really would hurt to have it towed there and back plus the computer fee to get some charts together to find a solution... might as well buy AE for that price ... don’t really want to have to though haha

I’d definitely take you up on that.
Need to get a longer extension and check out mine this weekend and see if the solenoid is cracked or if something is going wrong with that sensor for it to be loose.

I've heard that the Under Valve Cover Harness (UVCH) on 7.3L's can be the root cause of all sorts of weird symptoms. There are lots of threads on the subject on various Ford forums (DieselStop, Ford-Trucks,...).

If his friend with the Snap On scanner does a buzz test he will know if it is bad or not.

Buzz test is just all injectros
Firing up? I heard a quarter trick I could use also to keep that connection shimmed. Same uvhc connectors that give most people issues look fine on mine. I do think there could be a possible short somewhere in the wiring harness near fuel bowl and icp sensor . I saw a single pin connection that was a bare wire

Fuel pump secondary circuit low? Going to find out which fuse to check then figure out how to test voltage . Any opinions or suggestions related to this?
Really need to get this van running and can’t afford to tow back and forth to a shop and have diagnosed.
