Re: Now, a Word About Sportsmobile -The Company

I hope you all know that Sportsmobile definitely has THE BEST customers! It's always easier to provide great service when one is working with great people. The Sportsmobile customers that I have gotten to personally know over the years are some of the nicest, fun, and interesting people out there.

We have been very busy here at Sportsmobile recently, so I have not had the time to watch the forum as much as I like too. Thanks to all of the great customer referrals and Sportsmobile tours that you have all no doubt given during your adventures, business has been picking up as this economic recovery continues. I really can't thank you all enough!

I gotta even thank you too Rob or...."Bill Wilson" We all need a good laugh from time to time!

Alan doesn't monitor the forum...if you need to get in touch with him, his e-mail hasn't changed either. I am sure your e-mail hasn't changed even though your name on the forum has. Alan is still waiting to hear back from you after personally driving to San Diego to check out your "issues". a.feld@sportsmobile.com

I absolutely in no way want to discourage anyone from posting anything on this site...positive or negative.

That being said, I couldn't resist calling out someone posting ridiculous "smack talk" all from a fake name.

Re: Now, a Word About Sportsmobile -The Company

To paraphrase what I said earlier; I don't think I have ever dealt with a company that consistently went so far out of their way to make me happy. It is that level of service that has made it easy for me to recommend SMB to several people, two of whom have purchased new Sportsmobiles on the basis of those recommendations.
No company is perfect, but considering that SMB builds a product based on the product of another company, (Ford), who god knows is light years behind the power curve customer service-wise, I think they do a truly admirable job. That goes for everyone from the gals at the front desk to the guys in back working on the trucks to Alan and Liz.

(OK, Jonathan, NOW do i get a free hat?)

Bet those didn't go with the van when you sold it did they? Purely for sanitary reasons of course.

FWIW, I got two SMB (knit, beanie style) caps after we had Fresno do the Transfomer conversion.
