Has fridge, sink, 2 burner cooktop, running water, toilet, furnace, factory air but no roof air like that. Can I add that to a fiberglass top? Has a pinhole radiator leak, some small rust spots, needs a tail pipe, a/c compressor and some minor trim but is pretty solid and doesn't smell.
I looks like it is in pretty nice shape, The unit on my rooftop is a combination heat & AC unit. You can definitely put 1 on your roof as well. The nice thing about these older vans if they are in decent shape is you can do a lot with them.
