Overall Height
I tried a search but came up with nothing. Question is: How tall is your SMB? I know they will vary (newer SMB's are taller) but i'm looking for the height of a 04' SMB 4x4.

For all practical purposes, my 04 smb including rack is 9' high with 285/75 r16's.

Ours is about the same if you include the Yakima. We're on 35's.

Ours, with penthouse top and 16" wheels (BFG LT285/75R16 tires) is:

90" (7'6") up to the top of the penthouse
another 2.5" for the rigid solar cells
-------------------------------------------------------
a total of 92.5" (7'8½")

I'm at around 8' at the top of the penthouse. With my new Thule rack and cargo box I measured it at 9' 6"

9'4" With Aluminess rack and Thule Slipstream w/ 35's. Too darn tall for any drive thrus or car wash.
