Rear swingout options

Do you know who made this rear bumper? I like the step and the fact that it's a lot less bulky then the aluminess one and doesn't have the tail light protector piece.

Any other offerings, reliable custom builds etc. Im looking for something similar to the attched photos but not diamond plated and a smaller box. The most i plan on carrying is minimal recovery gear, maybe a honda EU 2000i and a bit of firewood

The swing arm is also a very different (possibly lighter duty) construction.

That diamond plate box is also somewhat unusual.

I'm likely going to be carrying a small generator more often, so I'm also starting to look at swing out boxes. This may push me to buy a welder....
