Replacement Access Door to Below Bench

I have a 2001 Ford RB w/ gaucho setup.

Does anyone know if it's possible to simply get, or do you have, the replacement access door located below the zbed? Mine got wet around access door hinge areas, due to leaky water tank valve & that's all she wrote, causing the door to swell and self destruct around hinge areas. The door configuration seems simple enough - so I suppose I could just replace with peace of wood or something else with hardware. But...also seems like could be extras around. See pics.

Seems that you just need to find a source for MDF (medium density fiberboard) with double sided melamine in the same thickness as your existing door. I believe just bout any home center carries this. Also see the thread by Boy Wonder where he shows a similar project...

Best of luck! -steve-

Don't be so quick to dismiss genuine SMB parts 86scotty... at least a replacement will beequally moisture resistant particle board, and fit swell

Now we're getting to the bottom of the real issue, the use of MDF and/or particle board in environments that get exposed to moisture was and is not very prudent

I've started to replace portions on my SMB build where swelling has already occurred. I decided to go with solid wood, so far I've got the rear door, 40 barn door and door pantry rebuilt. Next is to tackle all the door and drawer fronts in the "living room".
