325/65R18 is 34.6" diameter, thus "35s". You're right 35psi would only be for offroad driving.

I'll also need to check into some heat reduction solutions for the front. Thats number 2 on my wife's $h!t list.
I'm going to check into a more reliable way of checking pressure on tires and deflating them. i saw those nifty little plugs for the stems that deflate to a preset pressure.
There's always lots of work, but comfort is #1 for my wify..

I've got the magellan seats and they do help. Make sure you try it out before you buy since they have several options you can chose from (color, cushion, material, arm rests, etc).
In my opinion, they are more comfy then the stock chairs. I also reduced my tire pressure to 42psi in the front and 45 psi in the back; been running like that for about a year and it's definitely not as bouncy; the new supercoil springs in front and new deavers in back also helped alot.
My sporto weights ~9700lbs..

We (she) puposely excluded vehicles that gave the wife less foot room. The manufacturers should really know better than to do that.
Heated seats overcome lots of complaints as do the length of the trip. While I am perfectly comfortable driving 500 miles a day - at least to get there and coming home - my wife is not. 300 is about her max. We stop at fruit stands, views, etc. to make trips more successful as she does not like to just sit. I even play Neil Young - she loves him, I hate him - for her happiness! I just spent about $500 to lower her seat 3 inches so her feet could touch the ground. I have tried to get her to drive but she is smarter than that.
If my navigator is happy I am happy!
Regards,
Keith

The lumbar support was an option from SMB on any front seat. IIRC in "05 the cost was 79.00 per seat. I got them in both my leather front seats when my van was built.

I got both the heater and lumbar support which work well. The heater really helps but the electric 8 way seat I find very nice also. I just wish for more leg room...guess you can't have it all.

maybe you can retrofit the chair sliders and make it extend farther back.
