Nice sales pitch Mike.

Ok Mike is good at hearing what you want and what you need and is able to do it for you. Some of it is not cheap but you do get what you pay for.

Oh and seeing how he has a Jeep now while he looks for new van he is a poser.

Re: running boards and Nerf bars

We had our factory running boards sprayed with line-x. No slicker than they were before, a nice ad-hoc camp side shelf too.

That's Mandi bolting the passenger side on.

Re: running boards and Nerf bars

I still have the ATS Design extruded 'nerf' bar on my '07 4x4 SMB. At first I thought they were so big and were going to get destroyed. I was wrong. I love 'em and they have lasted.

Herb
I will say that their customer service was good to me.
One of the actuators failed and they sent me a new one for N/C.
The circuit board also had to be replaced and I got it within 1 day.
The new ones work much better but time will tell. I do think there should
be a way to work them manually though. That is the biggest flaw. Still no
bearing issues like Zeta has had.

Re: running boards and Nerf bars

I have Carr Hoops up front a super hoop under the side doors. If i had to do it again, I'd go with Nerf Bars. I bought the Carr's off a buddy from practically nothing so I don't feel too bad, though I may still replace them when the kids get a old enough that they can pull themselves in and out.

Re: running boards and Nerf bars

We have the nerf style. Bought from Amazon and they're great.

I have rock bars on my jeeps, but the van has the clearance for what we do with it without needing that type of protection.

Even some auto guys around here called their "guys" in the biz and they areout . looks like I'll keep looking. Really want the Nerf bars over running boards or hoops. If anyone finds some for a decent price please let me know.

Re: running boards and Nerf bars

I would have given my running boards away for free if somebody would have donated to the forum...even 20 bucks. They're history I guess.
