Transfer Flow fuel tank slowly leaking from the top??

vehicle = 2006 E350 4x4 SMB 6.0L

Recently replaced the stock SMB leaf spring shackles with Sulastics, and while the van was in the driveway (~5% slope), and up on jack stands, diesel started leaking really slowly from the top?? of the fuel tank. I didn't watch the fuel to time the interval between drops, but would presume maybe a drop an hour?

Now that the shackles are done, the front of the van sits about 1.5" taller than before, and noticed tonight that diesel is still leaking from the top of the tank.
Anyone else had/have this problem? I think it's a 46-gallon Transfer Flow tank that came packaged with the SMB?
Appreciate any help that anyone can offer.

Unless you can see the top of the tank (using a mirror possibly) it sounds like you need to drop the tank to locate and repair the source of the leak. It's probably some simple like the sending unit.

Also check the fill and fill vent lines. Mine started leaking and I thought it was the tank. After dropping the tank we found the original, 2002, filler line had started leaking.
