Value of Sportsmobile? Buying from friend...

Hello
Looking for your opinions on pricing:
NEWBIE- I feel this is a fair deal but I don't have much info to go on...

2000
E-350
130K
Pop Top (Sportsmobile)
Rear bench fold down
one cabinet (basic) no other cabinets

stripped down- basics- no sink, no stove, etc
7.3L ...the beast
rear diff
2WD
buying from a friend and feel its a fair deal, $17,500K
Again- its stripped down and basic
thoughts?

I would check Blue Book with the 7.3L, then add maybe $3K for the pop top and bench. Adjust as necessary for the condition.

I'd say it's a fair deal. Not a steal and not overpriced either.
