Home conversions don't typically carry the same premium, especially using non-OEM parts. There's no factory-approved conversion for Dodge vans, and they don't really share anything common with the Dodge pickups besides the powertrain (and don't even have ladder frame), so any 4x4 Dodge will be a non-OEM-spec home-build, unless you find a rare SalemKroger conversion. But even those would not have support from the conversion company, since S/K shut down.

I have seen a few donor vans that have the (I forget the name of the company) professional upfitter conversion and was planning to use something like that as a donor for the parts if I were to do this. Crossmember, axles, etc. and rebuild/replace whatever needs it but at least have the main components as a guide for what needs to be done.
There's no support for these, I get that and I don't expect to turn this into a 50k van but I would think it's worth something more than a 2WD. How much, is what I'm trying to figure out. 1k? 5K? I dunno.
