Which tire?
I'm looking for the best street / all around tire to drive on pavement, gravel, dirt, snow and ice. It needs to be quiet, deliver good removal milage and decent fuel economy. Does this tire exist?

Re: Which tire?
I'm partial to the Michelin AS or AT series tires. Pricey, but they hold up to gravel roads. Not the best for serious off-road, but the on road behavior is worth it.

Re: Which tire?
I was real happy with my Cooper STT's, Gave great all around performance. Trying Kuhmo KL71's now.

Re: Which tire?
What about a good old LTX M/S2? Probably fantastic on pavement. What about on dirt or gravel? Certainly does not have the "look" though. Or how about a BFG AT, are they noisy?

Re: Which tire?
If you had a diesel, then tire noise wouldn't be an issue.
But, yes I've been able to hear BFG's when they drive by on the highway. Too loud for me.

Nitto ATs. They do awesome in everything including feet of snow!

Re: Which tire?
Yokohama Geolander H/T-S have provided a phenomenal increase in ride comfort compared to the BFG All Terrain's which look a lot more aggressive but are very harsh and jumpy.

Re: Which tire?
Well, I ended up going with the Nitto Terra Graplers in a 265/75 16. Price and conveniance played a role in the decision but they sure look great. BFG A/T's looked alittle too aggresive for so much time on pavement. $223 + mount and ballance (Canadian).

Which tire?
Bob,
Would love to see photos. Do they fit fine with just your front spring upgrade? Where'd you get them?
Thanks,
Brent
