Door edge contacting fender
My passenger door is hitting the fender when opening and had chipped the paint on both edges. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to adjust either the fender or the door to gain some clearance between the two?

More details please..........

Which door is doing this?

Have you checked the door hinges for excessive play and the resulting droop that would cause?

Any photos?

What's your experience working with body panels?

My guess is that your tire hit the fender at some point in time? Open the door and look forward in the door jamb, you should see a few bolts that attach the fender. I've had good luck just slightly loosening those (3?) bolts and moving the fender a bit by hand and tightening everything back down. A little goes a long way here!

I guess your fender is to much outside. Do it like TheLetter say and try to bring it more to the inside.

Would a stock sized tire be able to hit the fender? We came down to SD for the weekend but brought my wife's car so I'll post some pics when I get home.

I wouldn't think so. I thought you put bigger tires on your van... or is this on your SMB?

It's my green van but it has the stock 245s on it. It's done it since I bought it last year.

Re: Door edge contacting fender
two things come to mind for fender to door contact, one if the van was recently lifted or jacked up by the outside pinchweld is very possible that the fender I got pushed away from its proper location.
Are you sure the door wasn't struck in anyway? and if you lift the door by the bottom is it solid or does it clunk?
clunking= hinges are shot.
