OK thanks. Guess I'll have to go over all the connections from the isolator to the battery and see if it happens again. If that don't do it then just replace it.

you can save a lot of $ and added weight buy shimming the bumper out as Vanziler said and also by adding a bull bar (to carry lights and stuff). A local welder can do it for you or DIY.
