Well crap....kinda
Got the PCV valve and still had an issue. When I went to Autozone I got a Loan a tool fuel pressure kit and hooked it up and after cycling the ignition a few times the most I could get was 5 PSI so...

I got tinted!
It got done today! Limo Ceramic in all the back windows and 35% Ceramic in the fronts so that should help with the heat. It doesn't feel like a fishbowl anymore either.

I cut a hole in the side of the Van!
