I am still looking for the quietest exhaust possible.....the cab noise if pretty bad even with dynamat on the floor and inside of doghouse. Any suggestions? I wish I had the OEM muffler back on...

the idea to turn on 'house stuff' was a good one. I did that and it did spike. so I pulled the SurePower model 1315-200 isolator and the current dropped to 0.20 Amps. that's still...

Thanks all. Ill check to be sure it's ground and not power + coming out of the brake sensor. I saw another blog on ford trucks where there was some confusion. I'm going to bypass it because I can.

i found it. it was easy. the AC "ground" and 'neutra'l lines were not independant. i moved the offending neutral (white) wire to the nuetral buss in the breaker box and it is all good now.
