Requesting Part number ebrake parking emergency cable e350 ford extended body

I just put a full floating axle from a 1999 into by 2006 that had a semi floating axle.

The parking brake cables have different ends on the 1999 (hook) vs the 2006 (loop).

Appreciate if...

Rear axle shock mount bolt on extenders

Swapped rear axles and my stock height fox shocks (part of agile RIP kit I just bought) are too short for the new axle assembly.
