Replaced entire pump head unit with replacement part found at local Camping World store... it is meant to work on any 2088 model. It did fit perfectly and fixed the issue!
I did hear back quickly...

Update...
Checked power throughout the system and determined all was good up to the terminals on the pump.
Upon jiggling around the connections at the pump, it made it sputter and then start...

The plumbing etc was all done by SMB so I assume whatever they standardly do is what I have....

I should add one more... but should seem kinda obvious... it's not just a 2 minute matter of twisting some rod to extend a preloaded contraption from your roof.... you need to have a place to store...

That depends how tall you are (or are not!). :a1: The SMB poptop adds 2" to the stock interior height of the standard top sprinter van so if you are 69 inches or less, you can stand completely...
