If I were you I would try and find a local tuner in the area to do a custom tune for you. Most handheld tuners are limiting and severely undertuned so that they are not liable anything that goes...

Not sure what your asking but the Trailer sides are grey aluminum siding. They are not wrapped, just painted at the factory.

To clean it I power wash it. A brush would work fine but better a stiff one than a soft one. And it does collect dirt more than a paint job...

Well I had the 6.0L but I also dropped it and had 3.23 gears in the back. Truck was far from stock to be honest, but most of it didn't have anything to do with mpg but making power.

I'd say something was wrong with your CCSB if you were getting 12. I averaged high teens with my 2005 Crew Cab Sierra.
