What sort of maps are the AAA maps? Only road info or Hiking trails on there too?

Well yes it is possible for non residents... but when you are resident it is illegal and seeing as I cross the border into Switzerland most days with a check point it would be asking for...

It is a cost and DL thing... special insurance needed, inspection every year for the vehicle rather than e ery 2, and getting the DL would be about 1500 usd each...
