Thanks, I have cleared the fan blade area but I think the damage may have been done before I realized the problem. The wiring looks fine. I pass on the results after discussions with SMB.

2006 Ford E-250 conversion. The under floor condenser unit became clogged with sand/gravel mud. Washed out the best I could, but the motor unit is locked up and blowing the fuse. This is a Starcool...
