Next time it fails try bleeding off some fuel from the test port, this is pressurized so be careful (fuel burns to!!!), this may tell if its vaporizing. Still recommend you getting a fuel pressure...

I just changed my fuel pump last month, as you know its a pain in the ass. If its a venting problem ckeck the check valve in the fuel cap. If suspect just leave the cap off.

Does a 95 Ford have a test port on the fuel rail? If so get a fuel pressure gauge and leave it on as you drive. I feel your pain hope this works out.

One disadvantage with hydraulic boost on both brakes and steering is if you have a pump failure you loose the brakes and steering. Now that sucks!

I hope this helps. in my case i have a 2000 E250 with a gas 5.4 engine and a e4OD. Quigley uses a stock 2 wheel drive e4OD. They remove the 2 wheel drive tail housing and replace it with the Quigley...

Their are several youtube videos that show how to replace the coils,Its a little tight in the vans but if your patient and careful its a simple job. It touck me 20 min to replace no 6 in the middle...

I didnt realize the fuel was shut off, I was rather worried about trashing a catalitic converter or washing the oil off the cylinder wall or oil delusion. Rather smart of Ford.

I just went through this last weekend in the middle of Nv. In my case it was a miss fire at 50 to 60 mph. At first it was intermittent but took probable 80 miles of desert driving before the coil...
