Pretty sure you could squeeze a 35" tire with that lift. I had a 4" lift and 33"s werent a problem.

I would want the Agile kit over the Quigley regardless of the increase in height just because it will ride better. 1der is spot on here. And if it fits in the garage: BONUS!
