That makes complete sense. Where the hinge point is a tongue and slot type, it could easily bend, if pushed too far. So, if I disconnect the locking point, I should be able to find the "oh shit"...

They are OEM windows. Not all were factory...

They are OEM windows. Not all were factory installed. I swapped out the rear barn door windows, from the original fixed type.

2007 Ford E250 w/ pop out windows on sides and rears.

I am looking for a method to open the pop outs further, to increase air flow. I have seen something before. I recall the windows tipping out...
