Checked out Saabman's sink, interesting concept. I was planning to put a sink over the existing fridge, and just have a pump and water storage, and drain the gray water to the outside.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a local installer (I am in Irvine) that could put a heater and a sink in a SMB? Preferably someone that has a good understanding of the different heater options...
