Thanks! I finally got some more info from SMB. Seems these hinges were fabricated in-house. Looks like I will have to go the route you described.

Thanks for the links...it looks like the SMB hinge is offset from the door. Will the ones in your links work with the offset...meaning will it allow the cabinet to sit flush against the door like it...
