I agree on the power chip Marc. I've had the bully dog installed for some time now. It's one of the main reasons I've wanted the exhaust.

It's a bit of both Dave. There isn't much room there. I'm still amazed it fit as well as it did.

Not sure if it worked yet. I did get it wrapped, but haven't pulled any significant grades yet. On the smaller hills it seems to be running cooler.

I found the exhaust against the transmission...

Found another down side to the new exhaust system. My transmission temps are as high as I've ever seen them on a long hot climb. I'm guessing the new exhaust comes much closer to the transmission...

No welding required. The kit uses all of the stock hangars.

Others have done intakes. I'll leave it to them to answer that one.

I'm sure it would lower EGT's, I read about guys saying that often. More power, yep it does that too. To what extent I'm not sure. Probably sounds like a lot more power than is delivered.
