For fuel lines make sure the clamps and hoses are rated for the fuel pressure: EFI, carbureted? Zip ties as fuel line clamps?! If all the fittings are plastic maybe something like this:...

You may not want to hear this, but the best choice is the factory style, constant tension spring clamps. They can be a pain to deal with, but they don't loosen overtime, you don't have to worry about...
