Great info guys, thank you. I looks like I shouldn't be worried about it. From what I've been reading, it seems like a bomber motor as well.

Seems that 45mph is a universal constant for SMBs going over mountain passes with any motor. I visit the sierras often and 40-45mph is typical when pulling the steeper grades.
