I like that tail gate bearing support and would love to see close up pictures if (Zeta) has the time to post them.
My van is an extended van... So, could I ask how such a van handles with the tire...

Interesting idea. My 2 ¢:

Why not put a 2x1 sq tube inverted V-frame on the outside of the tire. With the tire over the bumper (leaving the frame exposed for hanging more stuff?), so that when...
