I've had zylstra do the same mods to my van, except the edge tuner.

My reluctance to go with a tuner of any sort was concern about operating temps. I figured that any boost in power...

Did Zylstra do an EGR block on your van? I have discussed this with Sean. He said it is pretty easy on the vans. Now that I'm off warranty, I may have this done too.

This is why it is helpful to monitor both ECT and EOT when driving the 6.0psd.

If both temps are similar (i.e., within 14deg max of each other, but ideally less than 10deg apart), the oil cooler...
