I actually use the max setting to keep dust from coming in the vents. Guess that's why I have so much dust coming in the rear hinges, which, given the choice I can live with.

Oh ok, the dash heater does create a lot of pressure.

The heater shouldn't be making any pressure, the intake is in the van... I'm assuming you're talking about the suburban and not the dash heater?
