Really? I thought it was in good condition. I only used it for a season, and didn't take it on/off the van. The most wear and tear would be in storage 70% boxed, 30% just tied with a string.

That side zipper is nice, mine doesn't have that. I did see at the hardware store while looking for canvas repair kits, they sell a glue/stick on zipper like that and you can add it and then cut...
