They make Sportsmobiles with fixed bathrooms a la an RV, black water tank and all. Little harder to find, but if you're keen on the van size... also consider Sprinters if you are gas mileage...

I'd say no, one the interior certainly looks like 14,700 not 147,000, second in my cursory search 200K-300K were not uncommon. If the engine fell out twice by then, you'd just get rid of the van, so...

Sounds a lot like they're pricing it as a van with 14K, unless that's a typo. A quick cusory search and you can find 97 Chevy vans for ~4K with ~200K miles. Seems too good to be true, but last time...
