I didn't realize fairleads were rated. I'm running one from a 9000 lb warn on a 12000 lb mile marker... is that bad? Is it bad when you have cable impressions in the fairlead? :a2:

Which you would need to do if you bought a replacement piece anyway.

Heat can be applied to break loose, apply it to one and not the other- not enough to weld but to get things expanding and...

Aluminess has an instruction sheet on clocking. Personally I don't think this is safe.
