August 2011 - busted shock
October 2011 - gave up on Bilstein and put box truck shocks on temporarily.
November - 7100s show up.
December - cold and wet, pulled box truck shocks off

No good news. Neither the Bilstein 5165 nor the 7100 have mounts that work, and even if they did the post would be on the arm not the body, so either the reservoir tube or Schrader valve would be...

Deaver shipped me the springs, neither shocks nor installation was included. They never said anything about having shocks for the package. I paid a place to put the springs on and then another...

So during my abridged Lake Powell trip, my rear shock kind of ripped off the mount:
