Forever, you just can't go fast- fast on low pressure causes heat, heat is what ruins tires.

Sounds like your linkage was never quite right, the lever hitting the van floor or getting caught in...

Airing down and being in 4x4 BEFORE getting stuck helps A LOT :a4:

When you were in 4x4 did you get noticeable digging or spinning with the front tires?
