MK - I keep is coved in the winter for two reasons. It keeps it dry and it helps keep the morning frost off of it. Also use a small electric heater on the inside set to 40F so nothing freezes.

We have our SMB bagged up for the winter. It is easy to un bag and head to the beach for the day but multi day camping is over for the season.
