All Chevys of that vintage had the differential on the passenger side, Quigley's are on the driver side. They are not from a Chevy. None the less, they are both either Kingpin or Ball Joint Dana...

No, if it is an 02 it would probably not be an F250. I have an 02 E350 Quigley and my front axle is from a 77-83 GM/Chevy K30.

Definitely call Quigley first.
