The new "E" rated sizes are:

225/75/16
285/70/17
305/70/16
325/65/18
265/75/16
325/60/20

None of which blows MY dress up...

That's true, but the chart hasn't been updated. Try Googling something like "New BFG "E" rated offroad tires.

I did a little research and found that while BFG HAS added some sizes in E rating, those of us with '08 or newer (17" rims) are out of luck; at least in 315X70X17, which I believe most are.
